SUNDAY AFTERNOON AT 1.30 PM – BIBLE TALK
NOTE – CHILDREN’S TIME RUNS AT THE SAME TIME AS BIBLE TALK
Every Sunday at 1.30 pm we have Bible-based talk. This is tailored for anyone who wants to know more about God, Jesus and Bible Truth. The service time is led by a local member, and a guest speaker is invited to talk on a relevant Bible subject. The speaker’s talk may include such things as a DVD, audio/visual presentation, a general discussion or other means of looking at the Bible Truth message.
The essence of this time is to present the basic teaching about Bible Truth. This will cover such things as God, His Son Jesus and the hope available to all humankind whatever their ethnicity, gender or background. You will learn how you individually can discover about Bible Truth and how you can partake in God’s free offer to know more about Him and His plans, not only for the past but the future, which may include you? Click here to view the sequence for this presentation.
Generally, we stand to sing hymns and offer prayers, but specific instructions are given by the leader. The overall time is generally less than one hour. We have Bibles and hymn books available for visitors who wish to use them. A freewill offering is NOT taken at this talk.
